thouch screen were on xperia x3. X10 has a capacitive screen.

some studies suggest that 1. 6 hv better performance such as speed, file management etc than other version despite less features

Cant find a reason to chose an older version for a newer phone whereas ANDROID 2. 1 is out in market! Weird. . .
Touchscreens will never be as good as iPhone.

Yes, I would prefer that the stock Android software as the means of Nexus.Hardware, the X10 looks a certainly better than the Nexus, no doubt.
